You can start your custom coin process in our online STORE or by contacting one of our sales representatives with ideas for your new coin. You can also send artwork or graphics to us via email. Either way, we will respond with a full price quote and more information on how to continue your order.

1.  Create a sketch along with detailed notes about your thoughts and ideas.

2.  When you Contact Us with info about your project, include the following information:

• Your contact information (Name, Department, Phone Number, etc.)
• Artwork or photographs of your badge, patch, car, building etc.  
• Description of colors you would like where on your coin.
• Choice of the accent finish (Nickel, Gold, Bronze, Antique, Two-Tone etc.)  
• Quantity of coins you would like to order. 
• Size of coins (1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2", etc.)
• Any special features you would like (i.e.. Diamond Edge, Special Shapes, etc.)
• Need by date.

3.  Receive a custom price quote and send payment information or a small deposit to begin the artwork process.

4. Review custom designed artwork from our factory.  You will receive artwork within 24-72 business hours of submitting a deposit

5. Confirm order, send final payment and receive coins in just a few* weeks.

* Normal coin production will take between 4 to 6 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order. The process of creating the mold takes 15 to 25 days. Large orders and custom designed pieces can sometimes take a little longer, so placing your order in advance is strongly recommended.  Rush service may also be available if you need your custom insignia sooner.  NOTE:  Shipping is FREE on all US and APO initial orders; however, customers must pay for all shipping costs on re-orders.
