QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING & RATES

• Due to many of our products being drop shipped from our vendors, our shipping is calcualted per item. (Contact us to discuss large orders.)
  
  
• All In-Stock items are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail based on weight and size of your order. (We reserve the right to use UPS where applicable.)
  
  
• Our "Standard" Shipping & Handling charges are calculated from $4.95 per pound based on weight, but charged per item (minimum of $1.59 per item.)
  
  
• All orders will be processed in 2-3 business days* unless otherwise noted on our website.  *Add for USPS delivery time.
  
  
• All 'Back Orders' will be noted on your packing slip.
  
  
• If allowed, payments by mail (specifically personal checks) may delay processing of any order ten banking days after we deposit the funds into our bank account.
  
  
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of shirts; custom embroidered shirts are not in-stock.
  
  
• Please allow 3-7 weeks for delivery of custom badges or coins (does not apply to in-stock items.)
  
  
• Shipping for custom orders of patches, coins, lapel pins and other products is on a per quote basis.

Because most insignia items are considered a custom product, they can not be returned for any reason.  If there is an error on your insignia which was our fault, your item will be re-made at no additional charge to you.  If we shipped you the wrong item, it will be exchanged or corrected.  Changes and / or other modifications or cancellations cannot be done after placing an order - no exceptions.

NOTE:  All orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to estimated USPS First Class transit time to your zip code. For example, an item that's processed in 2-3 business days and shipped using USPS first class shipping (1-4 + business days) will arrive in 3-7 + business days. Tracking is not available for some USPS shipping methods.
