You can start the lapel pin process in our online STORE or by contacting one of our sales representatives with ideas for your new pin. You can also send artwork or graphics to us via email. Either way, we will respond with a full price quote and more information on how to continue your order.
1. Choose your finish type and size. Fax us a sketch along with with your contact info. Include notes with your sketch or e-mail them separate in the next step.

2. When you Contact Us regarding lapel pin or mini badge projects, be sure to send us the following information:
- Your contact information (Name, Department, Phone Number, etc.)
- Artwork or photographs of your logo, badge, patch, car, building etc.
- Description of colors you would like where on your pin.
- Choice of the accent finish (Nickel, Gold, Bronze, Antique, Two-Tone etc.)
- Quantity of pins (100 minimum) you would like to order.
- Size of pin (1", 1 1/2", 1 5/8", 1 3/4", 2", etc.)
- Any special features you would like (i.e. ladies stick pin attachment, no attachment, etc.)
- Need by date.

3. Review custom price quote. Submit payment of small deposit to receive preliminary artwork from us.

4. Confirm Order, Send Final Payment, Receive Pins.

* Normal lapel pin production will take between 30 to 45 days depending on the size and complexity of the order. Re-orders take 15 to 25 days. Large orders and custom designed pieces can sometimes take a little longer, so placing your order in advance is strongly recommended. Rush service may also be available if you need your custom insignia sooner. NOTE: Shipping is FREE on all US and APO initial orders; however, customers must pay for all shipping costs on re-orders.
