Made with state of the art equipment you can have your badge or other insignia customized in any shape or size you desire. Lapel pins or mini-badges are usually 1 inch. An ideal badge that will fit into a courtesy wallet or fit on a key fob will be a 1 ¼ - 1 ½ inch design.
